Athlete Program

The athlete program is designed for competitive athletes in various sports who want to train under the supervision and guidance of a Strength and Conditioning Coach who will help assess and achieve athletic priorities. Whether it be for in-season or off-season training, you will be provided with a periodized program every 2-4 weeks designed to address any imbalances and weaknesses as well as develop core strength specific to your sport while reducing the risk of injury.

Our program will teach you how to develop and maintain your athleticism by teaching you how to move efficiently with STRENGTH, SPEED, POWER, AGILITY, BALANCE and CONDITIONING through a variety of drills and exercises that will take you / your game to the next level. An initial consultation with a Strength and Conditioning Coach is mandatory before starting.
Athlete Membership Prices & Details

* Members must be 13 or older
* Members can train Mon-Fri from 3-6pm
* Membership is $125.00/month + HST
* Membership must be purchased a minimum of 3 months at a time
* Membership is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
