Athlete Membership
A drop-in style program geared for athletes trying to maintain their gains from off-season training or just trying to keep their physical edge during the season. Must be 13 years old, check page for more details!
Personal Training
Just like it sounds, this is one-on-one training! Everything is tailored to YOUR needs. This can also be done in semi-private session (one trainer: two clients). Check the Personal Training page for more info!
Group Training

Team Training

Spinning
Under the direction of managing partner Angella Goran, Cyclepathic will change the face of indoor cycling in the capital. The only centre to feature the incredible Cycleops bikes is also the home of a great sound and video system. Most importantly it is the home of an incredible group of indoor cycling trainers. Off-Season Hockey Program
The program that this facility was built upon… The off-season is YOUR chance to get the edge you need to be able to compete come time for try-outs. Spartan Training
Challenge yourself to train like a Spartan! With 3 kick-ass workouts per week you can expect to see gains with this program! Under the supervision of a Strength and Conditioning Coach you will be taken through one of the most intense workouts you’ve ever seen! Put yourself up to the challenge and check it out! Mens Rec Hockey Bootcamp
Don’t play your way into shape…train your way into shape with our group-workouts tailored for the your average weekend warrior! These workouts will ensure that you are increasing stamina while working on hockey specific movements that will transfer to on-ice strength!
