Beginning in September 2011, elite soccer teams will have the opportunity to enhance their condition by riding with Cyclepathic in our team rides for soccer fitness. These challenging endurance rides are specifically intended to mirror the cardio output of a 90 minute soccer match with periods of steady exertion interrupted by sprint bursts. All classes are conducted in the state of the art cycle studio with great tunes and videos to make the training enjoyable. Call Angella for details.
